Christmas 2025 – a few notes:

– Sebastian Foster processes orders and ships faster from Nov 20 through Dec 20 every year.
– By early December orders are usually shipping within 24hrs to be sure customers get their prints for Christmas. This pace continues up to Dec 20. 
– If you want an order for Christmas I would order asap but not later than Dec 20 (this is for U.S. customers)
– International customers, I would order no later than Dec 10 and that could be pushing it (except Canada is usually pretty good about 10-15 day delivery)
– I do not normally send tracking details but can provide it to you if you email me, Lad@sebastianfoster.com

International customers, unfortunately, Sebastian Foster cannot guarantee delivery of international orders, order as soon as possible. There are times that international packages to the EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK can take several weeks. Most packages take 7-20 days but they can also get caught in Customs in the U.S. or on your side and take more like 4-6 weeks. 

U.S. Shipping is $5 for most small prints and always $10 for big prints and multiple print orders, if you order one item or multiple items

International Shipping is always a flat fee of $35, except Australia is $40 now and that is what it costs to ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Order Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

I don’t normally provide delivery confirmation and/or tracking information when you place an order on Sebastian Foster.  However, please email me if you have any questions. Sebastian Foster has been shipping paintings and prints for many years at this point, it is standard business here.

Packaging

Prints are shipped two ways, in a very hard tube or flat in a flat mailer.  We ship all prints in clear bags to protect the print surface and keep everything in perfect condition.

Prints equal to and smaller than 13 x 19 inches are shipped flat.  Sebastian Foster uses very hard rigid mailers for flat shipping.  If you order several small prints, we will likely ship all of them in the same flat package- but we may increase the protection to the package.

Prints larger than 13 x 19 inches are rolled in large, strong tubes.  I only use 3” x 20” and 4” x 20” tubes.  3 inch and 4 inch diameter tubes are large diameter tubes that help keep the print nice and easy to naturally unroll for framing.

We only ship with the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).  Also, please note that we usually take 2-7 days to process mail order.  We usually ship our mail order twice a week so things can process for a few days before shipping.

Returns

You can return an order (all or part) with no questions asked up to 15 days from the date that you receive your order. You will receive a full 100% refund if the item(s) is returned in the same condition it was delivered.

Replacements

We replace prints that have been damaged during the shipping process.  However, damaged items must usually be returned to receive a refund or replacement.  Replacement items are subject to availability at time of replacement.  Sebastian Foster reserves the right to choose between a replacement or refund for the damaged item.

Lost items

We ship everything with “Delivery Confirmation” service.  If an item becomes lost we will replace the item at our expense.  However, if an item is shown as “Delivered” by the U.S. Postal Service, we will not replace that item or provide a refund.  Problems often arise when orders are shipped to apartment units, condos, office buildings, and college dorms.  Please be sure your local postal carrier knows how to handle your delivered items if you cannot control items that are left on/at a door step, hallway or office.
